Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Visa account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
